Hi. I’m Julia Kastner. I am a loving friend, daughter and dog parent. I love bicycles, beer, books, words, little dogs, turtles, trees and mountains and the ocean. I have worked as a cocktail waitress, bicycle messenger, beer saleswoman, librarian, bartender, book reviewer, editor, and writing teacher. I’ve lived in Texas, Washington state, on the road as a full-time van-dwelling nomad, and in West Virginia. My favorite color is green.

Thank you for Papa’s list of recommended reading. He is The Champ; and anything he suggests to read, I am going to read. (BTW, he also loved Alan Moorehead’s GALLIPOLI.)
Hello! I wanted to let you know that I’ve given you the Versatile Blogger Award.
